  • Whole Chuckie & Moinkers

Ran to the store this moring for some Milk for the kids and saw that chuck was on sale at $ 1.97 a pound sooo I picked up a few whole chuckies. Threw two in the freezer for a rainy day and this baby is making an appearance in the smoker.

Marinade is very simple Salt, pepper, and Olive oil.

I made up a few Moinkers to toss on as well

I used 50/50 Pork and beef a few eggs, bread crumb for binder with some salt pepper garlic powder and paprika, and stuffed them with a bit of cheddar jack cheese. I just dipped them all in a watered down Q sauce and they should be ready soon.

Great looking smoke and moink balls .

If you get a hankering, try 1/3 beef, pork and lamb. I did a thread on these awhile back and included the recipe if it sounds of interest.
