Just got my new tube smoker from A-Maze-N and doing a test run with it today.
I'm smoking some string cheese, philly cream cheese and salt.
Pit temp. at the start was 52 degrees and an hour into the smoke the temp. is at 59 degrees. So far the tube smoker makes huge amount of heavy dense smoke. The smoke is more white then the thin blue.
