Had a few friends and nieghbors over today for a day of croquet and of course I had to fire up the vault.Did 5 racks of ribs and 24 abt,s along with both the gas and charcoal grill,s filled with wings.finished the menu off with corn on the cob and watermellon.two of the rib racks were rubed with Kens rub and 3 with willinghams origianal.Kens once again were great to bad its all gone now.(hint hint). the wings were injected with franks hot sauce and coated with willinghams cajin spiced up with a little extra course ground blackpepperand red hot pepper flakes.:nana2:the abt,s were plain old jabs ,cream chese and bacon.mmm:drooling:Got pics of everything while it was cooking but the vultures were to quickfor plated pics .My nieghbors will never move.:lol:Thanks for checking out my pics.
