  • What I did with my leftovers.

    I had a nice chunk of smoked breast. and wing to use up. So I decided to make a jambalaya of sorts. Got a pic of the cooking birds, and some of the ingredients. Pretty straight forward recipe. I'll also post a finished pic later.
    Leftover turkey
    1 Louisiana hot link
    sweet onion
    red sweet pepper
    zucchini
    diced tomato
    brown rice
    Good dose of Hunky MP
    Italian herb blend
    chicken bouillon
    garlic

              GMan! Damn man that was a cool idea. I have seen allot of stuff made out of left over Turkey after thanksgiving but never Jambalaya. I have no idea how it tasted but that picture makes me want a bowl or two right now. for you!

                It was good, but needed more sausage. Was very lean. I only used 1 link, probably should've added another.
