Thanks folks, the bet was for the Cards / Niners game about a month ago but our schedules never meet up so last Friday I called him and asked him if today would be a good day to pay up and he said it would be fine. I made him 3 lbs of Catfish fillets. He couldn't wait to get home as they were still warm, to start eating it and had a couple pieces here at work, then took the rest home...now I have folks ordering catfish here at work 
. In his words " this is the best catfish I have had since I moved to Az " that made me feel good. He is originally from Louisiana.Thanks again
