So today was my first attempt at actually cooking on the new smoker (or any smoker really). Did the burn in yesterday and seasoned her up this morning so it was finally time for a real cook... Ribs & ABTs. The wife approved of the finished product so I must have done something right. I would adjust a couple things the next go round, but very happy with my first attempt.
