They do look awesome. But I learned something new from this post.
I didn't know that Tabasco sauce was made from tabasco peppers. I thought it was your run of the mill cayenne. I had no idea there were tabasco peppers. Thanks.

gunslinger had not heard of the tabasco peppers. I always thought they grew exclusivly on avery Island by the tabasco Co. till several years back. I found out they grow them by the tons here in NM for the tabasco Co. then turn them in to juice here and when they call for them, the product is pumped into large tracker trailer tankers and hauled off to La. to the plant.
and paprika is grown here by the bucoo also.
