  • I guess I need to start earning some points 'round here

Here is the smoke from today. I did 6 butts for a grad party, plus 6lbs of Canadian bacon, 1 fatty, 24 mini elk meatloaves in bacon, 1 full elk loaf, 14 chicken legs, 3lb pork loin plus 3 beef ribs. I hope you enjoy!

    Mini elk meatloaves:

    Prepping the fattie:

    Pepperjack-onion-ham-jalepeno-bell pepper fatty completed:

    Canadian bacon 1/2 way:

    All maple and cherry:

    All the thermo's lined up:

Nice pullback on the beef ribs:

Full size elk meatloaf, 14 chicken legs and 3lb pork loin:

The butts prepped, ready to go @ 530 this morning:

    The 6 butts:

Last, but not least, the beans go on after all the important food is off:

I had both smokers going all day, rotating food on and off. I hope you enjoy, thanks for looking!

I have a ton of past smoke pics in my camera, but I find my time too valuable to take time loading them into photobucket, then here. I promise in the near furture to post more pics.

Yes the plug was shameless, but I'll let that slide. The food did look pretty good.

But this pic right here . . .

I'll just say "great looking food"! It's obvious you've gathered enough points, so get to smoking and we'll check the next round. Not fair using a bunch of old pics either.

Capt I wouldn't worry about points or lack there of. What is important is that you are happy with your labor and those you share it with are happy. Nothing else matters young man.
