It got downright chilly here in the Valley of the Sun last weekend (mid 40's, cold for here anyway). Perfect opportunity to smoke some cheese. Took a couple pounds each of cheddar & pepper jack...
Took my chip smoker pan & loaded it up with some cherry chunks & an electric charcoal starter underneath to supply the heat...
The temp started to get a wee bit too high inside so I stuck a pan of ice underneath the cheese...
After aboot 4 1/2 hours of smoke - success!!!
