    ribs here saturday too

    i guess saturday was rib day everywhere.i'm not real happy w/ these"butcher cut" i got on sale(15lb case for $10).the price was right but the racks are not uniform & the meat is skimpy. these have to be done more 2-2-1 or 4hrs unwrapped.anyway,i guess they passed muster..the critic approved lol.

    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

    Yep...good price...but usually you DO get what ya pay for. They don't look too awful tho. Them "Danish" ribs are MUCH worse...ugh.

      well i still got 3 cases of these things to use for snackin' on...

        I was suckered in on these back a few months... The stores here call them Medium or Small ribs... It was a waste of $10 for the case.
