Yum! I attempted to make some beef jerkey last year in the oven... had a couple pounds hanging on toothpicks all day...took it out put it on the counter left for a wee bit and the dumb dog ate it all...including the toothpicks!!! Never did find out if it was good LOL but the dog clearly liked it...not so much coming out I'm sure with all the toothpicks.... :/

i do have enough to snd out some samples, best way is to use ebay where i can print out the shipping label and pay postage for it, shipping cost, if it hase'nt changed its around $2.
ill also trade for a chunk of Lox salmon, fairway store here did sell whole frozen salmon for around $10 but not anymore, id like to know if its worth the high prices here and im not shure if i want to bend over that far to pay those prices

my basset hound has done few things like that, but hies an extremely picky eater and some jerky batches ive made and he didnt have anything more to do with that. might have been the black pepper content in it.
