1500 ml of seshuan pepper garlic and chilli oil.
2 cups Thai birds eyes
1 cup Habs
1 cup dried long red Thai chilli
5 tbl sp seshuan pepper
3 tbl sp crushed Kashmiri chilli
4 big cloves garlic
Tsp sesame oil
2 tsp black pepper corns
Blitzed in the magimix with 1500 ml of Evo
Cloudy at the moment but should be able to refresh with new oil occasionally once settled and used.
PlAn on storing a few months.
