meatballs are-
3lb beef 1/2 lb sausage
diced shrooms
onion garlic
fajita spice
sage
killian's red beer
worchy
red wine vin
crumbled bacon
3 eggs
parm cheese
italian bread crumbs
mixed all & set overnight
form into balls using icecream scoop-i just eyeballed the ingredients til' they looked right
smoke meatballs until 160 internal.
gonna do typical stroghanoff(see below) but add into a corning ware dish w/ fresh ground parm cheese & swiss on top & bake until browned
1/2 bag egg noodles
STROGHANOFF SAUCE
2 cubes beef bouillion
2 cups water
1 small can mushrooms
a dash worchy
sauteed onion & garlic
a squirt of ketchup
2tbsp cornstarch in cold water(thickener)
1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
bring water stock & everything to a boil-
remove from heat add cornstarch in cold water(or it will clump)
let cool & add sour cream- stir
pour over noodles & meatballs,add cheeses & bake @ 400 for 15-20 mins or browned.
