used some sangria to wet down the rassberry chipolte for the CCN's
then cut the sauce with tequilla for the ribs. I added smoked hot peppers that I crushed to the beans and rubs..plenty of hot sweet going on.
It all tasted good. I think I left the CCN's on a little to long for my liking. not dry, but could have been a little more moist. think I will par cook the bacon a little next time for a little more crispness.
