  • PP BBQ Cups

    Saw this idea but they used hamburger instead. Very simple to make. You just need biscuit dough(whether from a can or homemade), pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and cheese. I went with bisquick biscuits. Rolled and cut, then pressed into a cupcake pan.

    Got lazy and just mixed the pork and sauce. Then nuked for a minute, wish I would've let it simmer together for a bit. Used a heaping teaspoon or till just about full.

    Add cheese

    Cook at 450 for 10 minutes

    These were really good. Would definitely make a good game day appetizer. Thanks for looking.

                      Awesome Ryan!!! for the great idea. This is something I can use for my catering gigs. I wonder if you could put bacon in the tin first, then the biscuit, then filling. Wonder if the bacon would have enough time to cook. I want to make these right now!!

                        Maybe cook bacon first if not I'm wondering how the biscuits would cook with all the grease.

                            Liking those
                            have some

                            Biscuits= Scones or cobblers

                            So in england you'd use scone dough.

                            Although I might be inclined to do it with puff pastry.
