The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich

Uhh... I lied...cause there is no bread...unless you count the biscuit on my plate.

Took 2 chicken breast, pounded them out flat & seasoned.

Added cheddar, jalepanos, crumbled bacon, and a little mozzerella.



Added more cheddar & mozzerella.



Added the second piece of chicken & secured with toothpicks.



Smoked it with cherry at 250* until done.. when it was about 262*, I topped with shredded cheese.



Done! Added a little parmesean & chopped green onions.

Thanks for viewing & sorry for being misleading. When I put the 2 pieces of chicken together, my wife & I both said, "That's one heck of a chicken sandwich!"
