This morning so I whipped up some banana bread. 3 with and 3 without walnuts... Gona take Nana a loaf in a few...House is smelling good...and they are all done...

Those look amazing. The smell of banana bread trumps just aboot any baked good in my book. My local grocery store sells the over ripe bananas for 19 cents a lb. and I bought a good many yesterday. Can't decide between banana bread or banana cake, but after looking at your loaves I think bread is definitely in order. Thanks for helping me make up my mind. I bet Nana is gonna love that bread.

Thanks folks, Yup Squirrel the market out here sells the ripe ones for a buck a bag and there is about 5 pounds in each one. Got them on Sun and we could smell them all week so today I whipped some up...

I'm a sucker for banana bread! With or w/o nuts. Just some butter on mine.
