Vermin99 recently posted about this five minute beer bread. Thank you. For someone who has not had a lot of luck working with flour, this is a breeze.

Used an Amber Lager made by Third Shift. Apparently made by Coors, and the reviews aren't very good, but made a good bread. I can't leave anything alone and bacon makes everything better......right? Had some cooked bacon left from another dish. Chopped it very fine. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup. (Didn't measure) Don't like real hard crusted breads, so I rubbed about 1/3 of a stick of butter on it when it first came out. Yes, there's a couple pieces missing.
May try some sunflower nuts next time. Sure there's lots of possibilities.
