this one came out really oily, i used 5lb of fairway and 5 lbs Hyvee sausage but im not to keen on that brand anyway but it was on sale, what i got from fairway is better. it didnt have any affect on the flaver but ill layer it on paper towels and remove what i can.

I seriously hope it is cured. Hey, how did you get the long rectangular strips? I think I need to make me a batch of ground jerky sometime.
I rub it every chance I get!

Nice dude. How did you get the shape? Roll it out and cut the strips? Plastic wrap? Inquiring minds want to know (me) :D

Nice, never saw the square one before. I am going to have to try this out. My grandma gave me a freaking ton of hi mountain jerky seasonings even though I mix my own recipes. Been trying to figure out what to do with it all. This looks like a good go :D

I'll have to look for one of those square stuffer attachments. I doubt that one in the picture will work for my 5#LEM but surely they make one that does!
