    food service equipment, just a few bucks, all stainless steel, lots of small vent holes, should work with sawdust too. many different sizes, the burn time on this one is 2hrs and a heavy smoke

          Very interesting.

          When you have it inside the pellet grill, where do you place it to get the best air flow to keep burning?

              it's a mole-rat :-)

              Looks like the same grade mesh I made the smokevark mkII out of.
              So far holding up really really well.

              It's amazing what you can use for bbq if you keep your eyes open and use a little imagination.
