food service equipment, just a few bucks, all stainless steel, lots of small vent holes, should work with sawdust too. many different sizes, the burn time on this one is 2hrs and a heavy smoke

Looks like the same grade mesh I made the smokevark mkII out of.
So far holding up really really well.
