Got a hankering for some pizza this weekend, so made a couple on the YS640. Hand tossed some dough, set the dough on the YS640 for about 4-5 mins per side at 425, then covered them with fixings.
The first was pulled pork bbq pizza, made with pulled pork, sauteed onions and peppers with some red chili pepper flakes and bbq sauce in the saute and the sauce was bbq sauce.
The second was a canadian bacon, sausage, sauteed onions and bell peppers, garlic, fresh basil, fresh thyme with mozzarella and pecorino romano cheese. Didn't use a sauce, but brushed the dough with olive oil.
Both turned out pretty tasty! Love cooking pizza on the Yoder
