Had to clean out the freezer for this years 1/2 beef I,ll be getting next wk.so I decided to smoke the last 2 roasts we had. a chucky and a rolled rump.coverd them both liberally with kens Bold Beef Rub (stuff is awsome)and smoked em with cherry wood at 250.took about 4 hrs to bring to 165 for foiling and another 3 to 190 for pulling .like I figured the chucky was awsome nice and juicy but the rump was alittle to dry .I ended up mixing them together and added some Q sauce in for moisture.end result was pretty good thanks for looking.
