  • Getting there....

    So after a few tries, and a few mishaps and lots of reading from here. I am slowly but surely getting the hang of doing ribs. I did these ones up on Thursday. A few more tries and hopefully I will have em figured out. Thanks for all the help from everyone.





    I didn't get any more pics sorry, but I guess I was in too much of a hurry to give em a taste. Thanks for checking out my oics.

      Great looking ribs. You didn't say how they tasted or if they were tender. It looks as if you've already arrived!
