  • New project continued

    Start with a layer of venison Landjaeger sausage meat



    add a layer of venison canadian bacon



    add a layer of Italian sausage, top with Asparagus and cheese




    roll it up and top with side bacon



    into the smoker with a side of beans


    now the hard part waiting until its smoked

        yes it is venison but its also a fattie so I wasn't sure where to put it If it bothers the Moderators they will move it.

              2 1/2 hrs north of Port Huron you can get here without a pass port but they won'y let you come home with out one.
