    Pork chops its whats for dinner...

    Ok so my camera is DEAD recharging the batteries as we speak...
    So I took the chops rubbed with some TQ then rubbed with some jerk seasonings.. and they are sleeping together happily in the fridge.... Hoping to have some pictures of din-din.... Doing some corn with mayo and romano... probably some edamame... Happy Sunday! Tis hot here, finally!

                Well tonights din-din is dedicated to Vlap! He posted those wings and I have not made anything with a jerk seasoning in quite awhile.. so...
                I have to say, these were amazing and will do them again for sure, they sat in the TQ about 3.5 hours with the spice...




                Cabana boy had some friends over.. what else is new? but they all gave it a Served with mashed taters because the house vote was taters over corn, taters have butter, garlic, cream cheese, romano cheese, salt & CBP... and the edamame just boiled in sea salt.

                  Well the chops look great. Gonna have to do that corn this week. Some smoked sweet corn is something to behold. You know they would give a big up to the meal. It looks great and smoked chops, ahhhhhhhhhh, they taste so good.
