  • Made another batch...

Well the jerky didn't last so I made another batch with what I had in the freezer. I used a 4 lb Tri-Tip split in 2 and then sliced into 1/4 inch strips. I know I know Tri-Tip ? that's what I had so I used it up... Should be Awesome when done tomorrow...

    Natty up....

    Thanks for looking...

Seriously...a tri tip? I almost get into an altercation over some and you use it for jerky.

All kidding aside, I'm betting it'll be good. Keep us posted.

Thanks, It was very good, texture was just how I like it not too dry and still a little chewy. Flavor was killer, the more I make the better it gets. Thanks again...

                  Seriously

                  BL,

Yo!, if you ever need a second opinion on how that jerky tastes, I'd be willing to taste test those babies (even if it is tri tip), they look mad good dawg.
