sorry there is a part 2 & 3 to this.....
i dont know to me there is no smoke ring and i think thats due to being in the pan while cooking and the slice seems tender but kinda looks like shoe leather....IMO

Well, theirs 7 minutes of my life I wont get back... Thats not Texas Style.. Im not going to waste my time making a reply to it..
WTH is with draining them over the sink??? Shame.. He cant be a Texan..
I was a bit disturbed by the whole sink/saran wrap deal..
then it did look like shoe leather at the end, no ring, no juice no nothing... Yikes..
I would like to add, been to TX and the best damn brisket I ever had was in Houston, my first meal there, and I could not believe it was sold by the pound.. hell they were making me a sammie, by the lb? I looked at my friend and was like WTF do I say?? he orded for me.. this little hole in the wall place had the best briskey not to mention sauce... wish I would have bought a case and shipped it home...
I guess if you have a video camera you can put anything you want up on the net...
Thank God for this place!
The only one on the block with the super fastest turbo charged
I'm not very versed on do'in Brisket...I did one in my gabage can smoker...Turned out like a brick...(I'm a rookie and I need help) But it seems that this guy is loonie toons...I don't think that's Texas Style Brisket... at least I never saw one turn out so gummy...Is it me, or does a hotdog look more appealing?

I plan ahead, that way I don't do anything right now.
