  • 10lbs of Jerky!!!

    Made 10lbs last week! Must have been good b/c it's all gone!
    Time for another batch!!!

    Going to make 2 different kinds... Hawaiian and Black Pepper Garlic!!!

    Out of curiosity - what cut did you start with?

      Waiting in anticipation. I've made 3 or 4 batches of jerky and gave it all away.

        PICS to follow for sure. Will be putting them in the smoker this evening!

        As far as cut are you wanting to know how thin they were sliced or cut of meat?

        Meat = Eye of Round (Typically use top round when on sale, but no one had any!)
        Thickness = about 1/4 inch on these. I prefer an 1/8 but should be OK.
