  • Say cheese...

    Had a hankerin' for a cheese samwich or some mac and cheese... Really some of the guys that my son works with wanted me to do some for them. Sooo, here is 10# pepperjack, 6# sharp chedar and 6# of mozzerela. Into the smoker with a tray of ice and the ol' homegrown amazn pellet smoker with pecan for about three hours....



    Finished product...


    Vac Packed and ready for a rest in the fridge...

            Looking good!
            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
