  • Another Pellet (not grill) question

I went to a local store today and saw Louisiana Pellets for only 20 bucks for a 40 lb bag. The label said a mix of maple, hickory and cherry. No fillers, no oils.

It seemed like such a good buy I bought 5 bags.

Anybody used these pellets? Advice? Suggestions?

    thanks in advance,

From what I have read they are some good pellets. I have only used BBQ Delight in a self made smoking tray, and like the flavor. I seem to use more chunks than pellets unless I am making jerky or using my electric smoker. Good luck...

I also believe they are good pellets from what I have heard. No first hand exp. with them.
