  • Best ribs

    I got bored today and decided to make some ribs.
    Used the 3-2-1 method, they came out to be the best ones so far.

    My rub had 3 tbls paprica, 1 tbls garlic 1tbls onion powder 1 tbls CBP 1/2 tbls cumin /12 tbls dry mustard and 3 tbls brown sugar. 1tbls chille powder.

    Served with Abt's and fresh green beans.

    Nice looking smoke there...What did you put in the ABT's?

                Awesome! You might be getting the hang of this. Nothing better than a bunch of smiles and thumbs up. As in, mouth full, can't speak.....how is it?

                        Nicely done Herb, and now the confidence factor comes into play for the next rib smoke.Remeber what ya did, and if you get bored with it, make small changes.In a few months, it will be automatic!
