Had a couple of leftover grilled pork chops in the fridge so I decided to make pork lo mein.
Stir fried some carrots, green peppers, and broccoli in peanut oil. When they were nearly done I threw in the chops, sliced thinly. As soon as they were warmed through, I added the sauce. When the sauce was thickened, the noodles went in and the dish was done.
The sauce was 2 cups chicken stock with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes added to it. Also, 2 Tbls of cornstarch was whisked into the sauce.
The noodles were spaghetti, although normally I prefer thin spaghetti noodles but didn't have those. It turned out really well, tasty and filling. Hope you enjoy!
