  • Just a few pickles done my way...

Just thought I would share a few pics that show why I haven't had the smoker running as often as usual...
    Its canning season

These are some random pics of at least three different pickle batches so far this year...31 pints and counting...

This is a hybrid variety of cucumbers that is best picked about the size of your thumb...Even overgrown ones are almost totally seedless...The small ones are used to make some awesome crispy pickles....

Just a few cukes ready for the first batch...

And some more...Cute lil buggers aren't they...

    A bit of homegrown garlic...

Seems like no pic of the homegrown dillCant make dill pickles without the dill....

And a variety of hot peppers that I have never grown before...Purple cayenne...

    More peppers...

    And more...
The sweet pepper is only there to show how damn big my habs and bhuts are...

A couple of jars...Waiting a few weeks to try them out....

Ohhhhhhhhhhh.......Some special jars here...Each jar has one whole ghost pepper...On for me and the guys at work...One for my son and his buds...Where is the smilie that says my freaking mouth is on fire

    Anyway...Thanks for lookin...
Wish y'all could try these things...
