  • Monday leftovers from sundays bbq :-)

I find that what with nibbling while I'm cooking and breathing in smoke that kills my taste buds - leftovers the following day always taste better than the bbq day itself.

So we had a lot left monday as 3 people didn't show sunday and I over catered

Mondays dinner: moroccan sausage, cured marinated grilled salmon, boneless chicken drumsticks, ribs, coleslaw and potato salad. The big blob of orange sauce is peach bbq sauce.

Same menu as sunday but tasted so much better monday :-)

I'vs also got roughly the same wrapped up in the freezer labelled: 'bbq inna bag'

Have that next week sometime :-)

lol typos - well I do think a lot faster than I type and I type a lot faster than I should and I'm always using different keyboards, none of which helps.

I can actually spell, I just can't be arsed most of the time to go back and correct the typos

basically kept piling stuff on the plate till I couldn't even balance anything else round the edges lol
