  • beef rib membrane removal

    These are back ribs, do you remove it? The slab I got has some fat on top of it that I'd rather stay on. I've never usually take it off, never thought of it. What do you think? TIA!

    I would take it off. Start from the small end

        Just tried not working good, gonna get left on. It must remember me helping dad load it on the trailer and taking to the butcher.

          Beef membrane is usually pretty thick, and comes off in layers. Usually not worth the fight. Peels off pretty easy once they are cooked for a while tho...
          Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....
