  • Gulf shrimp n scallops in w whine, honey, garlic, crushed red pep

    per, fennel seed, Sofrito, cumin, lime zest N chopped parsley. In the frige gettin "married". Skewers in water. Sumptin good gonna happen!
    Added a ripe red Chipolte from the garden chopped fine!

    Scallops and shrimp saokin.


    Clockwise, all skewered up. Butter mixture on the corn. All on the grille. An just about done.


    In the mean time I cut up some Compari, celery and red bell pepper.
    Clockwise, The finished shrimp and scallops. The cooked corn. the corn and veggie mixture with seafood on the side. And all in the pool.


    Then I peeled and sliced an avocado and cut orange and lime "supremes".
    I also put the marinade mix on the stove to reduce.
    And we have avocado topped with the veggie seafood mix, the reduction and citrus supremes. Garnished with some sliced basil (frozen).

                    Sorry folks, my eyes took a rest before I could upload the pics.

                          Of Course there is a difference, Gulf Shrimp are the bestest! Just ask Mike 88.

                          They're all good as long as they're not farm raised, I don't go there.

                              I guess it depends where you live as to which are the best.
                              I don't have a dog in that hunt, so I figured a Shrimp is a Shrimp.

                              Maybe Gulf Shrimp are Pre-marinated in 30 weight?

                              Seems everything farm raised is not too good, except for Farm Raised Ladies?!?!
