In the mean time I cut up some Compari, celery and red bell pepper.
Clockwise, The finished shrimp and scallops. The cooked corn. the corn and veggie mixture with seafood on the side. And all in the pool.
Then I peeled and sliced an avocado and cut orange and lime "supremes".
I also put the marinade mix on the stove to reduce.
And we have avocado topped with the veggie seafood mix, the reduction and citrus supremes. Garnished with some sliced basil (frozen).
