  • Pulled Pork Enchiladas

Well wanted a little something different for dinner tonight so why not some Pulled Pork Enchiladas!

Here they are prior to the oven,

Cooked at 350* for about 25 minutes and out they came!

Here they are cut open.. for the filling used pulled pork, onion, garlic, sour cream, and white Am. cheese. and Enchilada sauce.

A wonderful meal!! Have a great night!!

      Oh man! My favorite meal.

Came across a vac'd bag of PP when digging through the freezer this weekend. This was my first thought. Doesn't matter what ingredients you use, red or green sauce, flour or corn tortillas..........Awesome every time.

Missed this one, Brian, but those enchiladas look amazing! One of my favorite ways of using leftover PP!
