  • Temps colder time for some cheese

    Well with the seasons changing temps getting colder time to smoke some cheese. Trying my akorn out for some cheese. I have Swiss cheddar guda Colby. So far its going good the temp of the grill kinda scare me but we will see. No heat source just cold smoking. Using a mix of cherry and apple pellets.

    Looking good, just keep your cook chamber temp below 90ºF and you should be good to go!

      My maverick was at 139 but it came out great just used a bowel of ice to keep a handle on it
