  • MY July FIFTH smoke

since it rained all day on the 4th, i have to do my smoke yesterday (sunday).

First off the appitizers, moink balls, that I did for a certification at another bbq site. Legend has it the moink name comes from the moo from the cow, and the oink from the bacon wrap.

    1lb ground beef, no pic

the ingrediants, freshly ground cumin, dill weed, and penzy's mural of flavor, which is some good stuff.

    freshly madeup breadcrumbs.........

all rolled up with a cube of either swiss or pepperjack, that i smoked this last spring.........

wrapped, sauced, and on the smoker

finished.......you can see some of the cheese in the center.......sorta.......lol

the rest of the meal.........a good ol standby

    Smoked Corn on the Cob

i have a post somewhere here on the step by step method of doing sweet corn........it was a sticky over on the dark side, but don't think it was made a sticky here.........

and the good ol smoked bacon/cheeseburgers, which i have posted MANY times

    meat and bacon done

all plated up............MAN i love this meal...........

    thankx for looking

let us not cry because we lost someone, but let us smile because we enjoyed their company for what time was allowed us!

I'm right there with you, Adam. Still haven't done it either.
