  • Cast Iron Chili

    Something about this time a year makes me want to cook in cast-iron and chili is just a natural fall staple. This was the chili I did for an event at work:

    So I smoked a pork butt and a chuck roast





    Pulled the meats, added my ingredients, and let it get happy.

          That definitely looks good.
          Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
          My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

            Fantastic looking chili and hearty too with pork and beef even though you left out the beans. Still point worthy!!

                              I liked it. It had a spicy kick to it that I thought would do well in the chili. ...and it did.
