  • Buffalo "Philly Steak" Jerky

A while back I ordered some Buffalo steaks and the vendor threw in a bag of Buffalo Philly Cheese Steak sliced. So I marinaded/brined it overnight in a concoction of Soy, Worcestershire, Tabasco, garlic powder, onion powder, etc, etc. I smoke/dried it on the WSM and I'll be dog if it isn't the best jerky I've ever made.

      That sounds very good.

I'm surprised at how thin the raw meat is and it was still together after the cook.

      Nice job and creativity

            Looks Great !!!
Never thought of doing that to Chip Steak!!!

I guess it stays together because it's always cut with the grain.

Gotta be some good tasting Cherky!!!
