    Top round roast all rubbed up with my special blend of spices ready to have a nap over night so my baby and i can put it on the beast tomorrow morning.

    More pics to come.

    Cut and ready for dinner, even a little med rare after 6 hours.

    I would suggest draping with bacon when it gets to 110* internal temp.. TR is a leaner cut than a chuckie.. That way it does not dry out...

          Either that or take it off at 150 or below for medium rare.

                That's my cut for jerky...because it tends to lean... the bacon's a good idea!
