20 below zero and Yoder is working great

Well it is -20 degrees F here right now (yes that is 20 below zero), and the Yoder is working great! Well it had a little trouble starting at first but all is well now.

Have a leg of lamb in there and it is almost done

The cold weather blanket made for the Yoder is really nice and seems to be doing its job quite well

It's good to know that it cooks well at lowww temps, when I move to the Northwest in 5ish years or so to retire it will still cook. Thanks for the input!

OMG it's gonna be 24f in the AM. I got a welding blanket and a moving blanket for my rig cook on the YS640 tomorrow, starting at 9 AM. I gotta keep my 'Precious' warm, and the wife has been laughing all the time. Makin perfect ribs isn't a joke, we need to keep it serious.

Dunno if anyone is a Lord of the Rings fan, I am.

Yoder YS640 is a grilling machine in all temps (have the smoking jacket on ours also)... lately I am not and I draw my line at 0ºF pending wind. I know our grills can do it, but I just can't!
