  • Sweet Peppers on the Egg

Just put a bag and a half off Sweet Peppers on the egg. Red, Yellow, and Orange. Got the Amazen Tube half full of Smokers Delight Pecan pellets.

I tried some of these on the dehydrator last weekend. The powder was so good alone i figured i should make a big batch.

Will slice these after 2.5 hrs in smoke and dehydrate overnight.
