  • aging time?

    I smoked a bunch of cheese maybe 2 weeks ago and vacuumed sealed them. How long do you usually wait to give them a taste ?

    Now. There's lots of debate on this, but I say try it after 1, 2 and 3 weeks. See if there's a difference to you. I can make it a week, but can never make it passed 2 weeks. Lol.
