    The cb i made was a hit. Everyone loved it very much. Did almost 9 pounds theres about 3 left. I think i used alittle tomuch garlic but it was still great.

      Have yet to make any CB but when I find the right price on the pork, I know I will do some. Congrats to you on your sucess.

          well done - so it looks like you did use the right amount of cure :-)
          Home cured is just in another league to shop bought - your problem now is that you have to keep making the stuff lol

          And yep, like mike says - no such thing as 'too much garlic' :-)

            I guest i did salt seemed ok you could taste it but not to much. I plan to do two more loins when i get paid. I can already taste them
