I've made these with leftover smoked chuck roast. Sub the steak for the hamburger. They were really good. Or there's fajitas or could do gyros. Pork shoulder I'd chop and use like PP. Skies the limit on what to do with that.sigpic

Chop all the steak up into thin little slices and fry with some shrooms and peppers, then toss onto a nice warm chunk of Naan bread, with some siracha or horseradish mayo, cheese of your choice.... makes for a nice twist on a "philly" style sammich....
If you got sliced pork shoulder, I'd say toss that into some good hearty beef or pork stock seasoned up heavily with basil, oregano, fennel etc, and make some italian pork sammiches. Whatever liquid you may have after that, turn into minestrone soup....Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....

Tacos, nachos, quesadillas, etc for the beef. Egg rolls, tamales, flautas for the pork.~ May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead. ~ Dwain

Well steak omelet, you can make a philly steak like said above, or make a philly pizza, use a pre-made dough if you have to..... steak fajitas, enchiladas, beef stew, and quesadillas, slice thin and make some re-fried chicken fried steak, and the list goes on... heck I would just eat as is again tooBrian

Just a thought, but how about homemade raviolis made with the meat either chopped really fine or ground. I made some pulled pork raviolis that were awesome. You could probably tweak the filling part of the recipe that I previously posted on my first attempt at making raviolis, which is what I did

You could use a good bbq sauce as an alternative to a marinara too!Smokem if you got em

Great ideas all, and thanks!
Used some already Q'd thinly sliced rare flank tonight I vac packed in a Mongolian style stir fry with a ton of veg's served in a rice bowl. Worked great and was a quick hearty dinner. Liked having the steak ready/cooked. 30 mins in warm water and it was ready to go. Might start grilling, slicing and vac packing n freezing for such mealssigpic
