Wow Bill I thought those upside down plants did better.
Ken, I got a confession for ya. Our tomato's got wiped out back in June. So we have no mature plants at all. They were wiped out by a Kansas severe storm not heat though. We did replant 6 beef steak plants about 2 weeks ago and they are going nuts. They were 4" tall then and almost a foot now. Put them in 25 gallon feed buckets, 1 per bucket. A 50 pound bag each of top soil and a bag of potting soil.

All our stuff is heat stressed....Louie has a Roma in a container prolly 6 gallon....it is gettin after it. I'll get a pic. They ain't big...enough to make a salad, every other night.Sunset Eagle Aviation
