My local grocery store has whole, boneless pork loins on sale this week for $1.69/lb.....I'm thinking Canadian bacon and/or a stuffed pork loin are in my near future.....:D

Or you could do a stuffed canadian bacon like Cowgirl did. Maybe we could get her to post it over here too.

Fareway.......they also have boneless shoulder roasts for $1.49......not quite the same as a butt....butt, not an altogether BAD price for boneless......;)

Wow, that's a helluva price! Get as many as you can afford, send me the ones that won't fit in yer freezer, and I'll save them for ya'... :D

We also cut them into boneless chops about 1 1/2" to 2" thick, slit the top edge into a pocket and stuff with whatever floats our boat at the time. Wrap them in bacon and either grill 'em or smoke 'em. Awesomely yummy!

They always put a limit of 2 per coupon on these sales....that doesn't mean I can't make more than one trip......
