    New Yoder YS1500 has arrived

    Please say hello to the new joy of my life. Cooked some bacon and a brisket last weekend and it's time for some ribs, chicken, , and tri tip next. Man do I love this pellet pooper.

              Very nice!! That is the size I would need due to the size of my family...and that's why I don't have one LOL!!! Next time you do a brisket post a few pics if you think about it.

                  Sure looks purdy. How the ash clean out on that model? Ash clean out is the only issue I have with my YS640.
